App Not Installed
This error message usually appears when the user is attempting to do an App UPDATE when there is a new release.


2 ways to resolve this issue are;
- Make sure there is ample storage space in the mobile device to accommodate the new download. Once space is freed up, the user can now complete the UPDATE successfully, and
- Selecting the correct downloaded APK file in the downloads folder. Once the correct APK file is selected and there is ample storage space, the user may now UPDATE the App successfully.
