Cliq - AKPP3: PIN Blocked!
When the Cliq Key PIN is blocked -
https://truesa.vodacom.co.za/lock/cliqlock/support/resetKey/1.1396
To reset any key just call the above api.
Don't forget to update the 1.1396 with the actual marking number.
The marking number can also be found from SOAP UI as well.
