Temporary_Forgotten_Reset_Password for Vodacom Contractor - Notice from UAM Team.

The Vodacom Line Manager will have to email the UAM Support Team at uam.support@vodacom.co.za and request UAM to apply for the Temporary_Forgotten_Reset_Password permission on behalf of the user. UAm applies for the permission and Vodacom Line Manager then approves the request and notifies the user to reset the password within 24 hrs
VAMS Spport can send this notification to the user;
Please note due to security purposes the process for requesting Temporary_Forgotten_Reset_Password on behalf of a user has changed. The respective User Vodacom Line Manager needs to log a call with UAM Support to request the Temporary_Forgotten_Reset_Password.
