For users who get the error message - You don't have access to this...

Please follow the steps below!
Step 1: The Line Manager goes to the forms and requests an access package for the user:

Step 2: Once complete, the manager should ask the user to log in to the following URL in a private window:
https://myaccess.microsoft.com/@vodafone.onmicrosoft.com#/access-packages/88cd40d7-df68-4c47-83ea-b8ce7ffae680
Step 3: An email will be sent to the manager to approve the request.
Step 4: Once approved, the TAP Code will be emailed to the manager and the user.
Should the user not have mail access, then the manager will need to provide the code to the user.
Step 5: The user should navigate to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info. The user will be asked for TAP Code, then log in to the page and can add the Authentication Method (MS Authenticator and Phone Number).
